Rhode Island State Police arrest 7 suspected gang members on firearms, drug charges

(WJAR) — Rhode Island State Police said they have arrested seven people on drugs and firearms charges last week.
According to state police, they investigated an organized criminal group known as the "Bucket West" street gang.
Officials said the group is believed to be associated with firearms offenses and drug trafficking.

State police executed court-authorized search warrants at multiple locations, and seized three firearms with ammunition, extended magazines, fentanyl, crack cocaine, marijuana MMDA and drugs packaging material, officials said.
Rhode Island State Police said the following seven people were arrested from this investigation:
- Larenz Brantley, 22, of Providence
- Addison Brito, 33, of Pawtucket
- Alexander Cardarelli, 26, of Barrington
- Neshion Cook, 21, of Pawtucket
- Mekhi Henderson, 27, of Woonsocket
- Ebrima Jatta, 29, of Pawtucket
- Hassan Jatta, 29, of Pawtucket
They all face drugs and firearms charges, state police said.
According to officials, Ebrima Jatta was also arrested for an affidavit and arrest warrant for robbery charges in connection with an home invasion in Pawtucket.
