Providence Mayor Brett Smiley will discuss on Friday how the city will prepare for this weekend’s anticipated snowstorm.

Providence Mayor Brett Smiley speaks about the city's preparation for snow.

This comes as the clean up from last week’s heavy snowfall has left some residents frustrated.

Storm Team 10 has observed the path of Sunday’s storm trend further offshore, and therefore it is believed thatthis will lessen the impact on Southern New England.

Joining Smiley in the briefing will be DPW Director Patricia Coyne-Fague.

The briefing is scheduled for noon and will be streamed on TurnTo10.com.
