Power outages reported across Virginia during winter storm

Appalachian Power (WSET)
(WSET) — Residents across the ABC13 viewing area are reporting power outages.
According to AEP, as of 1:08 p.m., the number has climbed to over nine thousand across Virginia.

- Carroll County: 136 reported outages
- Grayson County: 516 reported outages
- Smyth County: 649 reported outages
