The House GOP Judiciary Committee jokingly changed its profile picture to a tree house with a logo that spelled the word “judiciary” incorrectly.

On Wednesday, the House Judiciary GOP spelled the word, “judicary.”

The image imitates one that influencer Nick Shirley documented in a YouTube video where he claimed to expose fraud in the Minnesota daycare system.

The logo swap was changed on the same day that Shirley testified before the committee on fraud in Minnesota.

Last month, Shirley made headlines for going to Minnesota and filming multiple daycare centers that appeared vacant.

Shirley alleged that millions of taxpayer dollars were funding these daycare centers, meaning that fraud was being funded.

One of the centers Shirley visited was titled the “Quality Learing Center” with the word “learning” spelled incorrectly.

Shirley recently released a new video on Minnesota and claimed that roughly $16 million in fraud came from nonemergency medical transportation companies that were running in Minneapolis.

The Justice Department announced last week that it is investigating close to half of $18 billion in Medicaid services being fraudulently paid out in Minnesota.

In Early January, the Trump administration announced it would be taking action to investigate the fraud.

“The Department of Health and Human Services has frozen childcare payments and started requiring a justification, receipt, or photo evidence for all childcare-related payments nationwide, and is enforcing a long-ignored federal law to demand repayment of Medicaid benefits incurred by sponsored immigrants from their sponsors,” the White House said in a press release on Jan. 2.
