TIVERTON, R.I. (WJAR) — Tiverton police identified the man who was found dead Tuesday morning.

Police said 74-year-old Humberto Macedo of Fall River was found in the parking area of a garage located on 100 Bay St.

According to officials, his death did not appear to be suspicious.

Tiverton police said surveillance footage showed the man in the area from Monday evening.

The footage did not show any interaction with other people and did not show any evidence of foul play, according to investigators.

The State Medical Examiner is investigating and has not yet determined the cause of death as of Wednesday morning.
