Providence issues hundreds of tickets and tows hundreds of vehicles during snowstorm

(WJAR) — Those who didn’t heed the parking ban in Providence faced fines and maybe a towed vehicle.
The city issued hundreds of tickets over the snowy weekend and also towed hundreds of vehicles.
The city’s parking ban was to help crews clear the streets.
A city spokesperson said that as of 5:15 a.m., 372 tickets were issued.
In the same time, the city towed 232 vehicles.
