LINCOLN, R.I (WJAR) — Lincoln police said they are seeking the public's help in identifying two people in connection with a shoplifting incident at the Lincoln Mall.
The alleged shoplifting occurred at an Ulta Beaty store in the mall on Jan. 15., according to police.
