Authorities identify man found dead in water in Stonington

(WJAR) — The man found dead in the water in Stonington has been identified by authorities.
The Stonington Police Department identified the victim as 54-year-old Thomas Williams.
Authorities say he was from Stonington, Connecticut.
Police say they don’t believe the death was suspicious, but the incident remains under investigation.
