'The Masked Singer' sends Todd & Julie Chrisley home as they prepare for new TV projects
“The Masked Singer” has unveiled the latest stars to be eliminated: Todd and Julie Chrisley, aka The Croissants!

The Chrisley matriarch and patriarch made their television return on “The Masked Singer,” but it wasn’t Todd’s first choice of shows to do.
Todd said after his elimination, “We had a lot of offers that I just was not, I didn't want to do anything.” But if it wasn’t for his daughter Savannah, they would have said no to the opportunity.
“Our daughter, Savannah, said, ‘Stop. You have to get back out there. You have to go and do your thing. You need to be back on television.’”
Ultimately, his wife Julie was the one who got the offer and asked Todd if he was down, but he was sure she would never agree to be on “The Masked Singer” stage.

“She called me, and I said, ‘Do you want to do it?’ And I was really hoping that she was going to say no, because then that would have been my out. I said, 'Well, whenever you decide, you let me know what I'm doing,'” Todd said.
He continued, “Because I really felt like she was gonna, like, say no. So I was good.” Julie chimes in, saying, “That tells you how bad he thinks I really am at singing!”
Todd’s hesitation stemmed from being “so grateful to be at home with Julie and getting in the same bed with each other every night, waking up with each other, getting back into our normal routine.”
You might remember that President Donald Trump pardoned the reality TV stars in May 2025 after they had been in federal prison for their convictions for bank fraud and tax evasion. Their daughter, Savannah, lobbied for their release prior to the pardon.

Upon their release, “The Chrisleys: Back to Reality” aired on Lifetime. The 8-episode docuseries followed what their post-prison life looks like, along with returning home and seeing their family again.
Todd and Julie tease that their family will be back on reality TV soon, but they also have other ventures with their children that they are very excited about.
Julie has few details about her and Savannah’s show, saying, “I just don't know a whole lot about what it's going to entail. I just know that it's going to be she and I and I'm just super excited it's going to be filmed out of the country.”

She also admits that it will bring her out of her comfort zone to not be filming with Todd.
As for Todd, he and son Chase are doing a show together about all the different food cultures in Texas. Chase came to Todd with the idea of rating the food from different restaurants in the state. But when Todd questioned what else he would be doing, he wondered if this show was the right fit for him.
Chase told him, “You’re going to go, we're going to eat all this [food]. I said, ‘No, no, I'm not eating anything that I don't know what it is,’ because I know what they're trying to set me up for.”
The couple, who have been married for nearly 30 years, also put the rumors to rest about potentially seeing Savannah as “The Bachelorette” on an upcoming season, saying, “Savannah would have to be single in order for that to happen.”

All in all, it sounds like 2026 will be the year of The Chrisleys!
