The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum showed off her new look on Instagram as she got ready to attend Sundance Film Festival.

“Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for The Sundance Film festival & looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe,” Glanville captioned her snap.

Glanville glowed with a full face of makeup.

Earlier in the month, the reality star gave her fans a better look at her new smooth features when she posed for a pic with her dentist.

For almost two years, Glanville has been battling severe facial disfigurement, which she originally thought was due to a parasite living under her skin. In July 2024, her face began swelling, and Glanville blamed the amount of stress she was under for the swelling.

But by December 2024, doctors told the Bravolebrity they believed a parasite was causing the disfigurement as one side of her face began to wrinkle and sag.

In this grueling process, Brandi lost several teeth and underwent multiple biopsies to figure out what was going on with her face.

Fast forward to December 2025 where Brandi is finally able to rest easy as she finally received a diagnosis.
