Storm clean-up continues to lead to slick travel this morning, with brutal sub-zero wind chills making it even worse for those heading back to school and work.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation and Rhode Island Gov. Dan McKee announced that a ban on truck travel will begin at noon Sunday.
