The White House is praising President Donald Trump's major accomplishments during his first year back in office, saying he "delivered truly transformative results."

"From negative net migration for the first time in 50 years to the largest homicide drop on record, trillions in reshored investments, peace deals ending multiple wars, record energy production, and massive bureaucracy cuts, President Trump has put America First with urgency -- and he’s just getting started," the White House noted in a news release.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said "a very special guest" would be joining her at the podium during her news briefing on Tuesday afternoon, with Trump appearing with her, as it marked the one-year anniversary of his second inauguration.

Trump said if he hadn’t been reelected, the U.S. would have been destroyed “fairly quickly.” He noted that he inherited a country that was "broken" thanks to former President Joe Biden.

But Trump said he took a "mess" and turned it all around for the better.

"We have a lot of accomplishments," Trump said at the start of the briefing, also noting that "we've done more than any administration has done by far.
"It's been an amazing period of time," he added.

Trump also held up several mugshots and photos of illegal criminal immigrants who were recently arrested amid his ongoing crime crackdown in Minnesota. He said a majority of them are murderers or guilty of other violent crimes.

"These people are all people who came from outside of the country," he said. "They were let in by sleepy or crooked Joe Biden -- whatever you want to call him."

Trump went on to highlight the widespread fraud in Minnesota, as well, calling out Rep. Ilhan Omar after House Republicans reportedly opened an investigation into the Somali-born Democrat amid her "skyrocketing family wealth."

The New York Post on Saturday noted that staff attorneys with the House Oversight Committee are leading the probe into the Somali-born Omar.

"I was told that Ilhan Omar is worth $30 million and she's never had a job," Trump said. "She's a crooked Congressman."

Before the presser started, White House aides handed out a document that listed Trump's "365 Wins in 365 Days." The White House also shared the doc on its website, saying his return to office has marked "a new ear of success and prosperity."

Trump held up the document and detailed his biggest moments so far.

He touted his achievements with the "One Big Beautiful Bill," ending multiple wars across the world, his global tariffs, banning males from playing in female sports, delivering most-favored-nation prescriptions drug prices to Americans, as well as doing more for NATO "than any other person, alive or dead."

He also listed several other accomplishments.

"We inherited high numbers and we brought them way down," he said. "Look at gasoline -- they have places in the country now with gas at $1.99 a gallon."

He discussed many of the topics mentioned in the document, as well as took some time to call out some of his biggest adversaries.

"He's a sick son-of-a-b*tch," Trump said of former special counsel Jack Smith, who is set to publicly testify for the first time on Wednesday about his investigations into Trump.

Toward the end of the briefing, he was asked what God would think of his accomplishments. The president said he thinks "God is very proud of the job I've done."

The first 10 bullet points of the document included the following:

  • Achieved negative net migration in 2025, reversing a 50-year trend and restoring U.S. control over immigration flows for the first time in a generation.
  • Removed more than 2.6 million illegal immigrants from the U.S. through deportations and voluntary self-departures.
  • Carried out over 650,000 arrests, detentions, and deportations of illegal immigrants -- including the worst of the worst criminal illegal immigrant killers, rapists, gang members, and repeat offenders.
  • Deported more than 400,000 illegal immigrants charged with or convicted of crimes.
  • Induced two million self-deportations by ending Biden-era release incentives and restoring credible consequences.
  • Reduced illegal border crossings to their lowest level since the 1970s, completely eradicating the Biden-era invasion.
  • Cut fentanyl trafficking at the southern border by 56%.
  • Permanently ended dangerous “catch-and-release” policies nationwide by detaining illegal immigrants rather than releasing them into the interior -- resulting in a 99.9% decrease in illegal immigrants being released into the country during the Biden era.
  • Maintained zero illegal immigration releases into the country’s homeland for eight consecutive months, restoring deterrence at the border.
  • Declared a national border emergency on Day One, unlocking the authorities and resources needed to restore order -- no new legislation required.
