Wind chills this morning range between -5 to -15 degrees, with only little improvement this afternoon. Still bitter for Saturday morning.

The 39-year-old star - who has Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 10, with ex-husband Jay Cutler - had to "really pause" when her sons told her their friends had heard her and then-boyfriend Mark Estes, 26, discussing intimate details about their bedroom antics.

On her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast, Cavallari told her guest Rachel Bilson, “I’ll definitely pull back, and I feel like I’ve found this way to kind of say stuff without just saying it.”

She recalled her wake up moment, saying, “So this is actually the one thing that made me be like, ‘Whoa, I need to watch what I’m saying.' [My sons] told me recently that, like, a year ago or something when I was dating that younger guy, that their friends said they saw [him] and I played a drinking game or something on the podcast, and they saw some of the sexual stuff that we were talking about."

The moment made her realize she should "start being careful" about what she shares in public.

“Because it’s really, I don’t care at the end of the day what Jax and Camden think about me. It’s my kids,” the mom of three said. “But I can’t be saying stuff that’s gonna affect them and their friends.”

The former “Hills” star found the moment a "real eye-opener," and she also reflected on her romance with TikTok star Mark Estes.

“It was fun until it wasn’t,” she said.

The pair dated for several months in 2024, and Cavallari previously explained they split simply because she knew they weren't "right" long-term.

She said on her podcast, “I broke up with Mark because I just know long term it’s not right. It’s not because of love lost or something bad happened, no one cheated, no one was mean. No one did anything. Those breakups are always the hardest, I think.”
