Utah GOP Sen. Mike Lee on Monday night called for Tyler Robinson, the alleged killer of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, to be executed.

Tyler Robinson is accused of shooting and killing Charlie Kirk in Orem, Utah, on Sept. 10.

Tyler Robinson is charged with aggravated murder in Kirk's Sept. 10 shooting on the Utah Valley University campus in Orem.

Kirk, who cofounded Turning Point USA, was assassinated in September at Utah Valley University while holding an event.
