EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Rhode Island Department of Health said nursing home residents in East Providence are being relocated after a leak.
Officials said the leak at Orchard View Manor was identified on Thursday.

RIDOH determined the roof needed immediate repair.
"In the interest of resident safety, all residents are being relocated to other homes," a department spokesperson said.
According to RIDOH, the second-floor residents were relocated on Thursday night.
The first-floor residents are being relocated on Friday.
RIDOH is overseeing the transfers
The department said families were notified.
